Payments must be made using valid payment methods supported on the platform. If a transaction is authorized but later cancelled or rejected, your bank may temporarily hold the funds before releasing them back to your account, which can take several business days. Gawulo ko Momo is not responsible for delays caused by banking processes.
Promotions and discounts may be offered by vendors or by Gawulo ko Momo. These offers may be changed or removed at any time unless a specific validity period is stated.
3. Vendor Relationship
Gawulo ko Momo operates as a marketplace connecting customers with independent food vendors. The contract for the purchase of food or products is strictly between you and the vendor you choose.
We do not control vendor operations, food preparation, or product quality, and therefore cannot guarantee vendor performance or outcomes. Any issues related to food quality, preparation, or vendor service should first be addressed directly with the vendor.
If a vendor does not resolve your concern, you may contact our support team within a reasonable time, and we will attempt to assist in communicating with the vendor. However, compensation decisions remain the responsibility of the vendor.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials on this website — including design, branding, text, graphics, and software — are owned by or licensed to Gawulo ko Momo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
